Customer Service and Ensure customer satisfaction, feedback to customers in professional manner.
Coordinate all air and sea freight activities, including booking, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport.
Communicate on daily basis with shipping lines, airlines, truckers, customers, warehouse; sales representatives and oversea agent offices.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails from customers, follow up and handle customer enquiries.
Use and maintenance of internal freight system for creating potential customer, making and managing order for new shipments, creating import & export FCL, LCL and air forwarding jobs.
Other ad-hoc duties when being assigned.

University Degree, preferably majoring in Economic, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain / Logistics or related majors.
At least 02 years of relevant working experience.
Carefulness, patient, good team-work skills and work independently to meet tight deadlines.
Hard-working, honest and ability to work under pressure.
Good at communication skills, problem solving & time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Good at writing & speaking English.
Microsoft Office Specialist.
